The Mission:-

at least 2 paying clients within your first 6 weeks

not a support or lead following role

revenue ownership role


What you will own(No Hand-holding):-

  • Lead generation (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, on-ground outreach)
  • Sales discovery & live demos
  • Objection handling & negotiations
  • Deal closure & advance collections
  • Sales scripts, pitch decks & playbooks
  • Feedback loop to product & founders

results, not activity metrics


6 week Success Criteria:-

By the end of Week 6, you should:

  • Close

    minimum 2 paying customers

  • Convert pilots or demos into live usage
  • Establish a predictable sales approach
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline for future growth


Must Have:-

  • 3+ years of experience in

    B2B SaaS / ERP / CRM / Construction tech sales

  • Proven ability to close deals with

    Indian SME clients

  • Comfortable with:
  • Cold calling & WhatsApp selling
  • Live demos & negotiations
  • Self-driven, execution-first mindset


Good to Have:-

  • Prior experience selling to builders, contractors, or real estate firms
  • Existing network in the construction ecosystem

Compensation (Performance-Oriented)

  • Fixed Pay: 3.8 LPA - 7 LPA
  • Commission:

    10% – 15% per closed deal

  • Performance incentives for early wins
  • Clear growth path into

    Head of Sales / Revenue Lead
