About Us:

We are a growing brand in the Ayurvedic personal care and FMCG space, committed to creating impactful visual stories and digital experiences. We're looking for a dynamic individual who blends creativity with strategy to lead our visual identity and social media presence.


Job Location: Ghaziabad


Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create engaging visual content for digital platforms (social media, website banners, newsletters, ads, etc.)
  • Design product packaging, brochures, marketing collaterals, and event branding material.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Work closely with marketing & product teams for campaigns and launches.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Write engaging captions, trending hashtags, and compelling CTAs.
  • Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, viral content, and algorithm changes.

Marketing & Strategy:

  • Contribute to campaign ideation and digital storytelling.
  • Run and analyze paid campaigns (FB/IG/Google optional).
  • Optimize engagement and follower growth through strategic posting and creative ideas.
  • Analyze insights, create reports, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Key Skills Required:

  • Design Software Expertise:

    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma (bonus).
  • Social Media Tools:

    Meta Business Suite, Later/Buffer/Hootsuite, Instagram Insights, and basic knowledge of paid ad tools.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, reels editing, and viral content formats.
  • Eye for detail, storytelling, and aesthetics.
  • Basic photography/videography and editing is a plus.
  • Prior experience or interest in

    influencer marketing

    ,

    content creation

    , or being a micro-influencer is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Mass Media, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic designing & social media management.
  • A creative portfolio showcasing design and digital content work.
  • Up-to-date with Gen Z trends, internet culture, and digital-first campaigns.

Bonus if you are:

  • A trend-savvy creator who loves experimenting with content formats.
  • Capable of managing multiple brands or product lines.
  • Passionate about lifestyle/beauty/ayurvedic/self-care brands (if applicable).
