Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing offline marketing initiatives to enhance the school’s visibility, support student admissions, and strengthen community outreach. This role involves door-to-door marketing, conducting field activities, coordinating branding efforts, organising school events, and maintaining strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Offline Marketing & Field Activities

  • Conduct door-to-door marketing in targeted residential areas to share school information and generate enquiries.
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in local communities, housing societies, and commercial areas.
  • Set up information kiosks in marketplaces, residential clusters, and public spaces.

2. Branding & Visibility

  • Ensure proper branding and visibility across the school campus and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinate installation of banners, standees, hoardings, and signages.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely replenishment.

3. Event Promotion & Support

  • Promote school events such as open houses, orientations, exhibitions, parent meets, and competitions.
  • Assist with planning and managing offline promotional campaigns related to admissions and academic activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including vendor management, branding setup, and on-ground support.

4. Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Build relationships with RWAs, local leaders, housing societies, and nearby institutions for engagement and collaboration.
  • Organize and support school outreach programs, school tours, and neighborhood campaigns.
  • Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

5. Admissions Support

  • Generate leads through field outreach activities and share daily reports with the admissions team.
  • Track enquiries from offline channels and ensure smooth coordination for follow-ups.
  • Support walk-ins with school information and basic counselling.

6. Market Analysis

  • Conduct periodic surveys of nearby schools and competitor offerings.
  • Collect data from field activities and share insights with management for decision-making.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Post-graduation preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, offline promotions, or direct outreach.
  • Experience in school admissions or education sector is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills and confidence for field interactions.
  • Ability to conduct door-to-door campaigns effectively.
  • Good negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of branding and promotional activities.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field work.
  • Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
