JOB DESCRIPTION Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support our marketing team's day-to-day operations. This role is crucial for ensuring our department runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for organization, excellent financial acumen, and some experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage and monitor the marketing department's budget, tracking all expenses meticulously. This includes raising and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner.
  • Project Tracking: Maintain and update various trackers for ongoing marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives. This involves keeping a close eye on deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Keep an accurate stock of all marketing materials, merchandise, and supplies, and initiate reorders when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to optimize existing marketing operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing or operations department.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, including the use of project management software and financial trackers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and budget tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
