Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Marketing Executive to join our team in Madhupur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background and a strong understanding of marketing strategies relevant to the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) industry.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate must have one of the following combinations:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering + MBA in Marketing
• OR
• MBA in Marketing (engineering background preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development within the PEB or construction industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand business in industrial and infrastructure sectors
• Generate new business leads and build strong relationships with clients and consultants
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate technical inputs with internal teams
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings
• Maintain CRM and report performance to senior management regularly

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of PEB/Infrastructure/Construction industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital tools
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills

Work Location:

• Madhupur, Hyderabad – Candidate must be willing to work from this location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
