Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts in the fast-paced event industry. You will play a key role in promoting our events, driving registrations, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. Your creativity and organizational skills will help us create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions
  
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and event listing platforms to maximize event reach
  
• Collaborate with the design team to develop event promotional materials such as brochures, banners, newsletters, and social media creatives
  
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitors event marketing strategies
  
• Coordinate with event operations and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with event goals and sales targets
  
• Support lead generation and attendee registration efforts through online and offline campaigns
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
  
• Assist in organizing pre-event promotional activities and post-event follow-ups
  
• Maintain and update event databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems
  
• Help manage vendor relationships and media partnerships for event promotions
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
