About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Create engaging, well-written content for social media, websites, blogs, and other channels.
• Support planning and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns and brand events.
• Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams and external partners for stakeholder management.

• Utilize Martech tools (Zoho, Clevertap, HubSpot, etc.) for campaign execution and tracking.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of social media management and paid advertising.

• Exposure to ATL/BTL campaigns, events, and Martech tools is a plus.

• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• people above 4+ years experience should have a team handling experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
