The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract students and corporate clients, enhance brand awareness, and drive enrollment numbers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to promote SAP training programs. Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and create engaging content. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and email campaigns. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships with colleges, corporates, and IT communities. Organize webinars, workshops, and events to promote courses and certifications. Maintain the CRM database with accurate records of leads and conversions. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI. Handle inquiries related to SAP training programs and guide potential students. Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to stay updated on program offerings. Assist in developing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of marketing experience (experience in the education or IT training sector is a plus). Familiarity with SAP or IT training programs is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.). Creative thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
