As a Marketing Professional for SAP support and installation services, your role will involve identifying and approaching potential clients, developing marketing strategies, collaborating with the technical team, conducting market research, building relationships with decision-makers, managing lead generation, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential clients for SAP support and installation services. - Developing and executing marketing strategies through digital campaigns, email outreach, webinars, and industry events. - Collaborating with the technical team to create persuasive marketing content and proposals. - Conducting market research to identify industry trends and customer needs. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers. - Managing lead generation, qualification, and nurturing through CRM tools. - Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in IT services. An understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and SAP Business One will be advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in marketing enterprise software or ERP systems, an existing network in industries using SAP (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, retail), and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. In addition to a competitive base salary and commission, you will receive performance incentives and enjoy a flexible work environment. Benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, and Provident Fund. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also part of the compensation package. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.
