Job Description

Generate leads and prospects: Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research. Present products and services: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to a prospective client's needs. Negotiate and close deals: Handle objections, finalize agreements, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Build and maintain client relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and securing repeat business by providing excellent customer service and after-sales support. Manage sales activities and reporting: Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales leads, update progress, and create regular sales reports for management. Stay informed on market trends: Monitor competitors and gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams: Work with marketing, product, and customer service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and align with overall company goals.
