Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Utilize a multichannel approach, incorporating digital, social media, traditional, and other relevant channels. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Define and enhance the brand positioning through effective communication strategies. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact. Track and report on budget utilization, identifying areas for optimization and cost savings.
• Plan coordinate and execute customer events! Make data-driven recommendations from observations and suggestions from previous events!
