About the School Urban International School is an upcoming CBSE school, offering Cambridge curriculum in Nursery, LKG, and UKG. We aim to establish ourselves as a premium international school in the area, providing world-class education with holistic development. Role Overview We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Marketing & Admissions Executives. This person will be responsible for expanding the school’s presence in the local community, engaging with prospective parents, explaining our offerings, and driving admissions growth. The role involves both field work and coordination with internal teams to ensure targets are met. Key Responsibilities Conduct field outreach: meet parents, visit local communities, organize meetings in residential areas, community centers, housing societies. Represent the school in admission fairs, neighbourhood events, exhibitions, and open houses. Arrange and conduct school tours for prospective parents and students; explain curriculum, facilities, fee structure, admission process. Build relationships with local preschools, kindergartens, coaching/tutoring centers for referrals. Follow up on leads: converting enquiries into admissions. Maintain and update database / CRM of prospective students and parent contacts; track conversion funnel. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing & communications, admissions) for promotional materials, events, and campaigns. Assist in digital marketing efforts: social media presence, content (brochures, presentations), possibly online ads. Provide feedback from the market: what parents are asking, competitors, pricing, features that parents want. Achieve monthly/quarterly admissions targets. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field) preferred. Prior experience (1-3 years) in sales, marketing or admissions/outreach, preferably in education sector. Fresher with strong skills may be considered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage parents credibly. Good presentation skills. Strong local network / understanding of the local community will be an advantage. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic digital literacy: using social media, MS Office, possibly CRM tools. Willingness to travel within assigned areas; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events as needed. Performance Metrics / Targets Number of new admissions per month/quarter. Number of parent meetings / school tours conducted. Lead conversion rate (enquiries → admissions). Attendance in events, open houses etc. Quality of parent feedback / satisfaction. Reporting & Team Structure Reports to: Head of Marketing & Admissions (or equivalent) Works closely with Communications / Branding, Admissions, Events teams. Compensation & Benefits Competitive monthly salary + performance-based incentives (for meeting or exceeding admission targets). Reimbursement for travel and field expenses. Support for training & development in sales/marketing, communication. Other benefits as per company/school policy.
