Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Conversion - Manage incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, calls, and the website - Qualify and follow up on inquiries with prompt communication - Maintain a structured lead tracker and ensure accurate follow-ups - Convert inquiries into consultations and procedures 2. Digital Marketing - Manage content on Instagram, Facebook, and run Meta/Google Ads - Coordinate with designers and video editors for visual assets - Monitor analytics and submit performance reports - Ensure all listings and website content are current and engaging 3. Offline Promotions & Community Engagement - Conduct society talks, local wellness events, and gym collaborations - Distribute brochures, flyers, and branding materials - Ensure in-clinic branding is always updated 4. Influencer & PR Outreach - Engage with local influencers and wellness bloggers - Organize testimonial shoots and influencer stories - Coordinate local media outreach for visibility 5. CRM & Patient Engagement - Maintain a patient database using Excel or CRM software - Run loyalty campaigns including birthday wishes and post-treatment messages - Assist in planning monthly engagement themes and outreach Preferred candidate profile Qualifications - Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or Communication - 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness - Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business, and CRM tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and follow-up abilities - Creative, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
