Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle patient queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, treatments, and procedures to patients.
  • Resolve patient complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with patients using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in patient communication or related field (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with patients.
  • Strong convincing power to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English language for clear communication with international clients (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours.
