ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PATIENT COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE 1. Call Management and Patient Interaction - Proactively manage and handle a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls for appointment scheduling, queries, and follow-ups. - Demonstrate strong call-making and attending skills with professionalism, ensuring patient concerns are addressed promptly. - Efficiently handle challenging patient interactions, offering clear information and solutions with a calm demeanour. 2. Appointment Scheduling - Use MS Excel and other relevant tools to accurately schedule, organize, and manage appointments for domestic and international clients. - Support in Implementation of innovative scheduling techniques to reduce patient wait times, ensuring a streamlined experience. 3. Written Correspondence - Manage written communication on behalf of Dr. Deepak, addressing both internal and external stakeholders. - Draft clear, professional letters and official correspondences. - Handle emails related to appointments, prescriptions, and patient inquiries with precision and clarity. 4. Language Proficiency - Exhibit proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi, ensuring clear, professional communication.
