Job Summary

Marketing Executive at NextNation, you will be actively involved in campaign planning, content

creation, UGC-style videos, social media management, events, and overall brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Conceptualize and create UGC-style content (short videos, reels, customer stories, testimonials).
• Manage camera handling, video shoots, photography, and editing for marketing content.
• Build and manage brand presence across social media platforms.
• Support lead generation activities through campaigns, collaborations, and events.
• Conduct market research, track trends, and analyze competitor activities.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing requirements.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in event planning, branding, and internal marketing initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (generalist or mixed exposure preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with video shooting, photography, and editing tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative platforms.
• Good knowledge of marketing analytics, trends, and SEO basics.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
