Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at MM Continental Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's hotels and restaurants.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is an asset.
