Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Meta Ads

=> Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.

=> Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance

tracking.

=> Analyze campaign ROI and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Email Marketing

=> Develop and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, promotions).

=> Build and segment customer mailing lists to improve engagement and conversions.

=> Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize

accordingly.

Events & Roadshows (India & Dubai)

=> Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and roadshows.

=> Manage logistics, vendor coordination, promotions, and on-ground branding.

=> Drive lead generation and brand visibility through event participation.

Customer Case Studies

=>Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify client success stories.

=> Create compelling case studies and marketing collateral showcasing customer

impact.

=> Ensure high-quality storytelling aligned with brand tone and messaging.

Social Media Management

=> Manage company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook,

Instagram, X, etc.).

=> Develop content calendars, creative posts, and engagement strategies.

=> Track social media analytics and optimize strategies to grow followers and

engagement.

Requirements

=> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

=> 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, events, and brand promotions.

=> Hands-on expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Email Marketing

tools.

=> Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

=> Experience in planning and managing corporate events, exhibitions, or roadshows.

=> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

=> Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content.

=> Willingness to travel between India and Dubai for events and marketing activities.
