Job Description

Marketing & Communication

1. Develop and manage annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with admissions targets.

2. Maintain and regularly update the schools social media and digital presence.

3. Create content for newsletters, brochures, banners, videos, and other promotional materials.

4. Ensure all communication aligns with the schools Jain ethos and academic values.

5. Support admission counsellors and collaborate with administrative teams.

6. Liaise with academic, finance, and other departments for smooth admissions.

Admissions Support

1. Collaborate with the admissions team to drive enrolment campaigns.

2. Follow up with leads from calls, emails, walk-ins, and events.

3. Maintain and update the CRM/lead database with accurate conversion tracking.

4. Review applications and verify documentation.

Event Coordination

1. Plan and manage school events such as open houses, fairs, and outreach activities.

2. Handle logistical requirements for all events and activities.

3. Develop and distribute promotional materials like brochures, leaflets, and digital content.

4. Represent the school during external initiatives and maintain stakeholder relations.
