Marketing Executive

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms
• Create and schedule social media content, engage with our community, and track social performance
• Handle external communications, proposals, partnership outreach, and product campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure projects stay on track across the team
• Support product launches with go-to-market materials and internal communications
• Manage our email marketing calendar and create newsletters
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Track marketing metrics and help prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with our graphic designer on social assets and campaign materials
• Be the glue that holds marketing operations together - jump in wherever needed

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• Strong social media management skills with proven ability to grow and engage audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between projects quickly
• Organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
• Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and comfortable with data
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity

Bonus Points

• Experience in the Edtech industry
• Copywriting skills
• Community management experience
• Familiarity with project management tools
• You've worked in an early-stage startup before
