About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the legal services domain. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening business relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the legal and corporate sectors.
Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the legal team to prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, contracts, and revenues.
Consistently achieve defined business development targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
1–5 years of relevant experience in business development/sales (legal or professional services preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain legal services in a client-focused manner.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
