Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our customer base for our range of ice cream and flavored juice products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring product visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including retail outlets, supermarkets, and cafes, to promote and sell our products.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  

• Product Promotion:

• Organize and participate in promotional events and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness.
  
• Ensure products are well-displayed and stocked appropriately at client locations.
  

• Reporting & Feedback:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
  
• Provide regular reports to the sales manager on performance and market conditions.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  

• Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  

• Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  
• Fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
