Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales. Customer Interaction: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, and IT products. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest laptop/desktop models, features, and offers. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Follow-ups & CRM Management: Keep track of leads, follow up regularly, and update customer data.
