Job Description

Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales. Customer Interaction: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, and IT products . Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest laptop/desktop models, features, and offers. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Follow-ups & CRM Management: Keep track of leads, follow up regularly, and update customer data. Market Awareness: Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback on customer trends Preferred candidate profile Education: Minimum 12th Pass / PUC (Degree Preferred, But Not Mandatory) Experience: 0-2 years in Sales / Customer Service / Telecalling (Freshers Welcome) Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong persuasion and convincing ability Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops, and IT products (Preferred, not mandatory) Personality Traits: Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven Positive attitude with a go-getter mindset Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Other Preferences: Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, telecalling, or IT sales will have an advantage Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Preferred, but not mandatory) Perks and benefits Competitive Salary + High Incentives Earn more based on your performance!
