Job Description: Head - Marketing & Branding Position: Head Marketing & Branding for Retail Jewelry Business of Muliya Group Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in Retail Jewelry Business or Organized Retail Trade Posting Location: Head Office – Puttur (subject to need-based traveling) Reporting To: Functionally: MD and CMD /EA Coordination With: Brand & Marketing Consultant Broad Objectives of the Position: Scope-Muliya Group’s Business Operations Strengthen marketing, branding, and business expansion. Build and implement end-to-end marketing strategies. Oversee and align branding & marketing efforts across all showrooms. Develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives. Ensure customer engagement, public relations, and event execution. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): 1. Marketing Strategy & Implementation Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for all showrooms. Plan and implement advertising campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media. Conduct consumer research & market analysis for brand positioning. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. 2. Advertisement & Public Relations Handle advertising-related activities in coordination with media houses. Build and maintain strong media relations for brand exposure. Plan and execute CSR activities and sponsorship programs. Monitor ad spend & ROI on different platforms. 3. Event Planning & Execution Organize product launches, festive campaigns, and showroom events. Ensure seamless execution of in-store and outdoor promotional activities. Plan and execute customer loyalty programs, exclusive previews, and VIP events. 4. Team Coordination & Leadership Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Executives across branches. Coordinate with Showroom Managers & Sales teams for business alignment. Conduct training sessions on sales, branding & customer handling. 5. Budgeting & Reporting Plan & manage the marketing budget effectively. Ensure cost efficiency in advertising, promotions & events. Prepare & submit monthly performance reports to CMD & Brand Consultant. 6. Compliance & Brand Standards Ensure marketing & branding guidelines are followed across all showrooms. Maintain consistency in visual merchandising and store ambiance as per brand standards. Handle audit-related marketing compliance requirements. Non-Negotiable Qualitative Expectations: Leadership & Man-Management: Ability to guide and inspire teams for achieving excellence. Communication & Execution Skills: Clear and timely communication with a results-driven approach. Retail Mindset: Strong focus on numbers, meticulous attention to detail, organized work habits, and performance tracking. Hands-on Approach: Active involvement in showroom activities, close monitoring of day-to- day operations, and regular floor presence. Regular Travel: Frequent visits to all showrooms for performance monitoring and team engagement. Timely & Written Reporting: Submission of reports as required by management. Adherence to Organizational Policies: Compliance with company regulations, timely communication, grooming, and reporting standards.
