Position: Sr. Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–5 years

About the Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing campaigns, managing client communications, and optimizing marketing performance. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs
• Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Manage and optimize campaigns using Google AdWords
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services to prospective clients
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing strategies

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms
• A creative, results-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for both digital and in-person client engagement
