Industry: HVAC / Heating Solutions Location: Gurgaon Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and 8+ years of experienced Sales & Marketing Sr. Manager / Head to spearhead business growth, foster strategic partnerships, and lead marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing and business development, with expertise in Heating industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in Heating Solutions and preferably in the sales of Electric Heating solutiuons, Hydronic Heating, Heat Pumps, Floor Heating and BTU meters etc. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Driving the Sales operation of EcoWarmth. Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Supervising and driving Social Marketing strategies, drive lead generation campaigns and conversion through consultative selling and solution-based approaches. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers. Marketing & Brand Development Supervising digital marketing initiatives and driving content strategies, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with product and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Techno-Commercial & Key Account Management Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions with the help of Technical team. Present proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts effectively. Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
