Marketing Executive (Digital & Creative)

Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Creative Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative, organized and proactive Marketing Executive who will manage full-spectrum marketing activities of Alltech India Limited. This person will handle digital presence, content generation, creative ideation, events/exhibitions, and strategic marketing execution. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and must be capable of independently planning and executing marketing initiatives with innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Content Marketing:

 Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.)

 Create posts, reels, videos of product, factory, employees culture content etc.

 Create content using AI tools or any means required (Canva, video editing tools, etc.)

 Website content development, SEO based content writing & suggestions to improve website impact.

 Benchmark industry trends and ideate new marketing strategies regularly. Exhibitions / Events / Trade Shows

 Identify important domestic & international exhibitions relevant to Alltech

 Coordinate bookings, registrations, visitor passes and participation documentation

 Work with creative agency/team to design booth layouts, branding concepts, stand graphics

 Finalize stall design, coordinate and book stall fabricators for setup Internal Coordination

 Coordinate with production units, technical teams and employees for content collection  Work closely with Sales & Management to align strategy with business goals

 Track marketing analytics, report performance & continuously improve engagement & lead quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Mass Media / Communication or related field

 Excellent command over English communication (verbal + written)

 Strong creative mindset, ability to conceptualize ideas independently

 Experience with AI tools, content creation tools, reels/editing software etc.  Basic understanding of industrial/B2B marketing preferred

 Strong organizational capability, planning and execution skills
