Position : Marketing Executive

Reports to : Head of Marketing

Location: : Camfil Manesar (Gurgaon) Plant

Experience Required : 2+ years

Employment Type : Full-time


Job Summary and Key Objectives :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Professional to join our growing marketing team at Camfil India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and visual design, with a strong creative mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a global brand environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content for digital and offline platforms including social media, website, product promotions, and emailers.

• Support internal and external communication with aligned, high-quality content.


Digital Marketing

• Execute digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, SoMe, Google Ads, and via email.

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.


Graphic & Visual Design

• Create marketing collaterals like brochures, banners, social media creatives, and standees using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and similar tools.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.


Market Research & Analytics

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaigns and strategy.

• Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights for improvement.


Campaign, Event & Product Launch Support (Travel required 20%)

• Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, webinars, and new product launches.

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for collateral, branding, and promotional rollout.


Collaboration with Different Teams

• Work closely with HR for employee branding and internal communication campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Projects team to develop case studies and customer success stories.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to support region-specific customer communications and marketing tools.


Required Qualifications

• Preferred Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Content Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing and design.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office.

• Agency experience will be preferred, especially with B2B or industrial clients.

• Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms and basic analytics tools like Power BI.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management.

• A self-starter with a strong learning mindset, creativity, and the ability to multitask.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely execution of marketing and content calendars

• Engagement growth on digital platforms (LinkedIn, emailers, website, etc.)

• Visual design quality and adherence to brand guidelines

• Performance of digital campaigns (clicks, leads, conversions)

• On-time support and delivery of assets for new product launches

• Accuracy and actionability of market research reports

• Internal stakeholder satisfaction and effective cross-functional coordination

• Proactive idea generation and contribution to campaign innovation.
