About AIMS Institutes

Key Responsibilities

• Promote AIMS Institutes academic programs in assigned territory through institutional visits, career fairs, seminars, and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local education influencers.
• Achieve admission targets by generating quality leads and converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Coordinate with the central marketing and admissions teams in Bangalore for campaign execution and reporting.
• Represent the institution during admission drives, exhibitions, and outreach events in the region.
• Provide regular market feedback and suggest localized strategies to improve admissions performance.
• Maintain and submit detailed reports on outreach activities and admissions performance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: MBA in Marketing or related field).
• 1–10 years of relevant experience in educational marketing, admissions, or student outreach.
• Familiarity with the local language and geography of Tripura or Assam.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
