Key Responsibilities

Promote AIMS Institutes’ academic programs in the assigned territory through institutional visits, career fairs, seminars, and digital campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local education influencers.Achieve admission targets by generating quality leads and converting inquiries into enrollments.Coordinate with the central marketing and admissions teams in Bangalore for campaign execution and reporting.Represent the institution during admission drives, exhibitions, and outreach events in the region.Provide regular market feedback and suggest localized strategies to improve admissions performance.Maintain and submit detailed reports on outreach activities and admissions performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred: MBA in Marketing or related field).2–10 years of relevant experience in educational marketing, admissions, or student outreach.Familiarity with the local language and geography of Andhra Pradesh or Odisha.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
