Job Description

As a Marketing & Event Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our services & events, aiming to increase sales, sponsorships, and partnerships. Your passion for events, combined with strong sales skills, will be crucial in creating targeted marketing campaigns to boost engagement and revenue. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to promote event attendance, securing sponsorships, partnerships, and group ticket sales. You will also be tasked with planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, content, etc.) to drive awareness and ticket sales. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners will be essential to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will need to identify and pursue new sales leads, manage marketing and sales budgets effectively, and maximize ROI for assigned events. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. However, graduates in any discipline can also apply. You are required to have at least 2+ years of experience in event marketing, sales, or related fields, with experience in B2B and B2C event sales considered a plus. Your skill set should include a proven track record in sales, proficiency in digital marketing (social media, email marketing, content creation), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is also necessary. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple events and projects simultaneously. As a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature will make you a valuable team player. A creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas to enhance sales and engagement will excel in this role.
