What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Lead regular governance forums including weekly touchpoints with market brand/eCommerce leads to address operational queries, as well as quarterly strategic reviews to contribute to long-term market-level eCommerce strategy.

What are we looking for?

Oversee end-to-end operational delivery across assigned markets, ensuring smooth execution of digital, eCommerce, and marketing initiatives while acting as a key link between global/zone teams, local stakeholders, and technical partners to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. Develop a strong understanding of the local eCommerce landscape across D2C, B2B2C, and B2C channels, identifying key success factors to accelerate business growth through Accenture’s support. Partner with brand teams to create activity and volume forecasts at product, regional, and account levels for Accenture coverage. Maintain a consistent feedback loop with delivery teams to enable timely campaign planning and effective management of volume peaks. Monitor product listings for eCommerce to ensure compliance with market and brand guidelines, promptly escalating deviations or issues to brand eCommerce teams. Support content optimization on partner platforms and enable exclusive product launches to maximize brand impact. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and strengthen category share.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital, eCommerce, and marketing operations across assigned markets. Act as the primary bridge between global/zone teams, local market stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Analyze local eCommerce landscapes (D2C, B2B2C, B2C) and identify growth drivers and success factors. Collaborate with brand teams to build activity and volume forecasts at product, regional, and account levels. Ensure timely feedback and coordination with delivery teams for campaign planning and handling of peak periods. Track eCommerce product listings against brand and market guidelines, escalating deviations when necessary. Drive improvements on partner platforms and enable exclusive launches to maximize business impact. Work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen category share and achieve growth targets. Organize and lead weekly operational touchpoints and quarterly strategic review sessions with market and brand teams
