About the Role

Fotello is hiring a Marketing Designer Intern, you’ll own the visuals that drive growth—ads, landing pages, emails, case studies, partner kits—and the motion stories that show our product in seconds. You’ll build a lean design system, ship high-velocity creative with Content + Performance, and make sure every touchpoint looks and converts like one company.

What You’ll Do

• Design weekly ad creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube (banners, thumbnails, reels)
• Build and iterate high-converting landing pages (desktop & mobile) with clear visual storytelling
• Create short motion demos (6–15s): before/after edits, feature showcases, style profiles
• Set up and maintain a lean design system in Figma (colors, type, components, templates)
• Design case studies, email visuals, GIFs, and result highlights
• Support marketing events & partner assets, ensuring brand consistency
• Use performance data (CTR, CVR, heatmaps) to continuously improve designs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of US & Canadian trends, memes, and pop culture
• Strong skills in Figma; working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere (CapCut OK if fast)
• Motion tools like Lottie or Rive are a plus
• Sharp eye for storytelling, composition, and clarity
• Comfortable with fast-paced creative cycles and measurable impact
• Available to work in person from our Gurugram office
