Job Description

As a Campaign Coordinator, your primary responsibility will involve assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative content and promotional materials. In addition to this, you will play a key role in managing and updating the company's website and social media channels under the Digital Marketing domain. Your tasks will include implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance online traffic and engagement. Another crucial aspect of your role will be Content Creation, where you will be tasked with developing and curating content for various marketing materials like product descriptions, brochures, and online content. It will be essential to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms for effective communication. Market Research will be a significant part of your responsibilities, involving conducting research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive products. Your analytical skills will be put to use to analyze data and provide insights that can shape marketing strategies effectively. Event Coordination will also be a part of your role, where you will coordinate and organize events such as product launches, promotional events, and trade shows. Liaising with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution will be crucial. Maintaining Public Relations will also be a key responsibility where you will build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. You will assist in managing public relations activities to enhance the company's image effectively. Your role will also involve Analytics and Reporting, where you will monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Providing regular reports on key metrics and recommending adjustments for improvement will be essential. Collaborating with the Sales Team will be crucial to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Supporting in developing sales collateral and promotional materials will also be required. You will also be responsible for assisting in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Moreover, engaging and retaining customers through strategic initiatives, responding to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels will be part of your duties. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, paid time off, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. The work location is in person.,
