Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You are the central hub. The glue. The air-traffic controller. You will be the single point of truth for our fast-paced MarCom team, ensuring every campaign, ad, and creative asset moves from idea to launch with absolute precision. You'll coordinate with our army of external agencies and internal creatives, freeing up the team to focus on big-picture strategy.
Your ultimate goal: to ensure flawless execution, every single time.

What You'll Be Doing (The Day-to-Day)

• Campaign & Agency Coordination:
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all our partners (creative agencies, media buyers, digital specialists, printers, etc.).
• Manage a master marketing calendar and detailed project timelines, "chasing" assets and approvals to ensure every deadline is met.
• Traffic all creative briefs out and all final assets in, making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it.
• The "Guardian of Quality" (This is Critical!):
• Be our first line of defense for proofreading. You should have an eagle eye for spelling, grammar, and typos.
• Perform "Gate Rules" checks on all creative: Is the logo correct? Is the phone number right? Is the legal disclaimer present? Does it meet brand guidelines?
• Flag anything that seems "off," "wrong," or potentially offensive before it goes to production.
• Digital & Traditional Channel Management:
• Support the trafficking of assets for Meta, Google Ads, radio spots, movie theatre ads, event materials, and print jobs. You'll know the specs, you'll know the deadlines.
• Asset Management:
• Own our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. You'll be the master of file-naming conventions and folder structures, so we can find anything in 10 seconds.
• Reporting & Admin Support:
• Assist in pulling reports from vendors and agencies to help us track performance.
• Help schedule key partner meetings and prepare agendas.

The Must-Haves (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, project management, or agency/account management role.
• Demonstrated, obsessive attention to detail. (We'll probably test this).
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the marketing mix: digital (social, search), traditional (print, radio), and events.
• A proactive, "I'll figure it out" attitude.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience with project management software (like Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
• Experience with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads etc).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
