Job Summary:

The Marketing Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing backend support to the marketing team, ensuring accurate reporting and effective lead data management. The role requires strong coordination skills to liaise with vendors and seamless communication with internal teams and branches, enabling the smooth execution of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain marketing reports and lead data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing, flex, creative, and other marketing-related requirements.
• Act as a communication bridge between the marketing team and branch offices to ensure alignment and clarity in marketing activities.
• Assist in the smooth execution of campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination/marketing support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
