Marketing Specialist & Coordinator Company Name: Pharmintech Turnkey Solutions Private Limited Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra We are looking for a Marketing Specialist & Coordinator to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives while supporting day-to-day coordination tasks. This role requires a mix of creativity, communication, and organizational skills to manage campaigns, content, events, and client outreach. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Branding: 1. Develop & implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals 2. Oversee the marketing calendar & budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources 3. Track & measure marketing campaign performance, making data-driven improvements 4. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels Content Creation & Digital Presence: 1. Create & manage high-quality content (blogs, articles, social media, website updates) 2. Develop & implement a social media strategy, including organic & paid campaigns 3. Design and coordinate marketing materials (images, videos, graphics) for promotions 4. Stay active on LinkedIn, messaging potential clients and searching for new leads Event & Advertisement Coordination: 1. Assist with planning, execution, and evaluation of exhibitions & corporate events 2. Coordinate with publication companies for advertisement placements 3. Work with social media & SEO agencies to optimize digital marketing efforts Client & Lead Generation Support: 1. Conduct cold calls & WhatsApp Messages to potential clients 2. Schedule appointments for the marketing team with prospective clients 3. Build & maintain strong client relationships, offering responsive communication Requirements: 1. Digital marketing certification (preferred but not mandatory) 2. Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry 3. Strong communication & interpersonal skills for client outreach 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools & platforms (SEO, PPC, Canva, CRM tools) 5.
