📍 Location: Patna, Bihar (In-office)

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on Interview)

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our client. In this role, you will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive client retention and business growth. You will work closely with our creative team to develop promotions, customer engagement strategies, and brand-building activities. This position is ideal for someone eager to start their career in marketing, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  planning and executing marketing campaigns

  for client brands and in-house.

• Create and implement CRM strategies

  including lead management, customer segmentation, follow-ups, rebooking, and retention workflows.
• Design and execute

  customer retention initiatives

• Support

  offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

  to boost engagement and conversions.
• Conduct

  market & competitor research

  to identify growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs and

  prepare simple performance reports

  for internal reviews and client discussions.
• Maintain

  clear and professional client communication

  to ensure smooth execution and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers or 0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or client service (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients confidently.
• Creative mindset with interest in branding, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Slides).
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.
