About The JOB:-

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 4–7 years

CTC: 7lpa - 12lpa

Department: Lead Generation Team

Timing: 3:00pm - 12:30pm (WFO)

About The Role :-

1. Audit & Documentation Support

a. Review practice Editorial Board collateral trackers to identify missing Teamwork tickets and BAM file links, and append them accordingly.

b. Audit practice playbooks to locate assets not currently available in BAM and flag them for review and inclusion.

2. Proofing & Quality Assurance

a. Conduct preliminary proofing of all collateral to confirm that original requirements and requested changes have been fully implemented prior to Strategist review.

b. Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and version control standards.

3. Campaign Coordination

a. Partner with the Strategist to support quarterly campaigns, assisting with day-to-day coordination, tracking deliverables, and maintaining timelines.

b. Facilitate communication and follow-ups with internal stakeholders as needed. 

Required Skills & Competencies

● Familiarity with marketing project management tools, particularly Teamwork.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to spot gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.

● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

● Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel.

● Availability for US East Coast working hours.
