Marketing Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end workflow of video content production for organic use (reels/shorts), campaigns, and ads.

Stone Soup is a coffee-scented, pet-friendly agency based in Mumbai. A full-service creative solutions agency that has worked with over 100 brands, start-ups, NGO’s, initiatives & individuals across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, review, and optimize content across various social media platforms.
• Lead content creation for organic content, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Manage and execute efficient video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage for Reels/Shorts.
• Oversee the storyboarding and scripting process, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Meta ads, encompassing expertise in creative best practices, platform best practices, creative referencing, and ad hoc research.
• Online reputation management.
• Collaborate with the creative team and oversee copy and design briefs and reviews.
• Conduct research and compile references focusing on daily hygiene content and Meta ads.
• Regularly up-skill the team when it comes to their understanding of research and referencing, content creation, and other social media + digital marketing trends through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Time management and process oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
• Thorough understanding of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, and YouTube) and the broader digital marketing landscape.
• Proficient in developing creative and engaging video content for social media platforms.
• Seamless teamwork with cross-functional teams, aligning content strategies with business goals.
