• Own the

  end-to-end and tell it consistently across platforms
• Create content yourself: posts, narratives, reels, videos, case studies, landing copy
• Turn classroom moments, student projects, kits, teachers, and impact into powerful stories
• Drive

  real outcomes

  : school interest, parent engagement, partnerships, credibility
• Execute campaigns from idea → asset → launch → learn → repeat
• Work closely with the founder and core team to translate vision into visible momentum

• Is deeply creative

  and

  extremely dependable
• Has 3–5+ years of hands-on marketing / content / brand experience
• Is an excellent writer and storyteller (non-negotiable)
• Has built or scaled a brand—not just managed one
• Understands that in a startup,
