Prepare project-wise P&L statements . Provide clear snapshots of the overall P&L for all markets and projects HR & Payroll Draft and issue offer letters. Process monthly salary payouts. Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable. Support basic HR and people operations tasks. Administration Manage travel bookings and logistics . Handle paperwork and documentation . Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks . What We’re Looking For Background in finance, accounts, or business administration . Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes . Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.). Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records. Role Overview We are looking for a School Program Coordinator to be the point of contact (POC) for partner schools in the North East, primarily Shillong but also includes other territories in the North East region. This role involves school engagement, program coordination, operations support, and relationship management to ensure seamless delivery of the Kidspreneurship experience for students, teachers, and school partners. Key Responsibilities School Partner Engagement : Serve as the POC for schools in the North East region, nurturing strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and coordinators. On-ground Coordination : Visit schools regularly to align on program milestones such as project submissions, timelines, and deliverables. Issue Resolution : Act as the spokesperson for schools, escalating challenges (technical or operational) to the internal Kidspreneurship team and ensuring timely resolutions. Experience Upliftment : Enhance and upscale the experience of schools, teachers, and students through proactive feedback, guidance, and support. Impact Documentation : Record testimonials, collect feedback, and capture photos/videos showcasing program impact. Operations & Administration : Support in administrative and operational duties related but not limited to program delivery and school partner management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in school engagement, operations, program coordination, or a client-facing role (education/edtech sector preferred). Resides in Shillong Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Willingness to travel across North Eastern states as required. Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams.
