Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant to spearhead co‑branded events with leading media brands (Vogue, GQ, CNT, AD). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and measuring events that elevate brand presence, engage premium audiences, and drive tangible outcomes.


  • Develop and maintain the

    co‑branded events calendar

    in collaboration with brand partners (Vogue, GQ, CNT, AD) and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships that drive influence and collaboration across the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Commercial, Marketing, Consumer & Commercial Creative) to shape the vision, positioning, and execution of the events portfolio.
  • Oversee concept-to-execution delivery of IPs and events, ensuring alignment with editorial vision and brand strategy.
  • Work closely with commercial teams and editorial teams to come up with creative ideas on custom events for our partners, and then work with our commercial team to win such projects.
  • Define themes, creative direction, positioning, and messaging for each event, ensuring alignment with both partner brands’ brand values and our own.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure venues, vendors, sponsors, and suppliers; manage vendor contracts and ensure delivery as per specifications.
  • Oversee event logistics end to end: venue, production, AV, décor, pre‑ and post‑event branding, staffing, invitations, guest management.
  • Budget planning, tracking, and financial reporting for each event. Ensure costs stay within approved limits and that ROI is maximized.
  • Ensure all event activities uphold brand standards for both our brand and partner brands (visual identity, messaging, tone).
  • Stay updated on event trends, experiential marketing innovations, and competitor/co‑branded best practices; suggest new ideas to improve event experiences.
