As a Marketing Consultant at Cond Nast India, your role involves spearheading cobranded events with leading media brands like Vogue, GQ, Cond Nast Traveler, and Architectural Digest (AD). You should have a strong track record in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and measuring events that enhance brand presence, engage premium audiences, and drive tangible outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining the cobranded events calendar in collaboration with brand partners and internal stakeholders. - Acting as a strategic liaison with senior stakeholders to build strong relationships that drive influence and collaboration across the market. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the vision, positioning, and execution of the events portfolio. - Overseeing the concept-to-execution delivery of IPs and events, ensuring alignment with editorial vision and brand strategy. - Working closely with commercial and editorial teams to generate creative ideas for custom events and secure such projects. - Defining themes, creative direction, positioning, and messaging for each event to align with brand values. - Identifying, evaluating, and securing venues, vendors, sponsors, and suppliers; managing vendor contracts and ensuring delivery as per specifications. - Managing event logistics from start to finish, including venue, production, AV, dcor, branding, staffing, and guest management. - Planning, tracking, and reporting on budgets for each event to maximize ROI and ensure costs stay within approved limits. - Upholding brand standards for both our brand and partner brands in all event activities, including visual identity, messaging, and tone. - Staying updated on event trends, experiential marketing innovations, and competitor/cobranded best practices to suggest new ideas for enhancing event experiences.
