About the Role: Condé Nast is looking for a sharp, relationship-led Regional Head to lead our Home business across North India, East India, and select international markets. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of design, luxury, and media, and is crucial in driving revenue and deepening ties with the AID (Architecture, Interiors, Design) community. This market is powered by trust, creative credibility, and relationships—hence we’re looking for someone who comes in with strong existing connections across the design ecosystem and luxury client network, and who can translate those into meaningful partnerships and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver an annual revenue target across print, digital, video, and experiential verticals. Lead commercial relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners in North, East, and select global design-forward markets. Drive new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships within the AID and luxury ecosystem. Represent AD India at industry forums, client interactions, and premium on-ground activations, both locally and globally. Partner closely with editorial, creative, and marketing teams to co-create standout branded content and event experiences. Manage and inspire a small, high-performance commercial team. Who You Are: 8–12 years of relevant experience in luxury media, design, lifestyle, or brand partnerships. Well-networked within the AID community and the luxury marketing ecosystem across the assigned regions. A natural relationship builder with strong commercial acumen and creative instincts. Confident managing high-value conversations and navigating nuanced client relationships. Passionate about design, architecture, storytelling, and luxury living.
