Marketing Communications - Sr. Executive

As a Marketing Communications - Sr. Executive based in Pune, your role will involve managing branding, media communications, events, product shoots, merchandise, and literature to support our mission of delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute and monitor all below-the-line (BTL) activities such as trade shows, events, seminars, and customer meets. - Ensure alignment of brand guidelines across all India offices, service vehicles, and stationery. - Keep the India website updated in coordination with the Head Office (HO). - Work with the team on media campaigns, prepare and release relevant articles, product write-ups, and interviews through print and digital media. - Plan and execute compliments, brochures, momentos/key handovers, etc. - Prepare and circulate standard company profiles, presentations, videos, and ensure quarterly updates. - Maintain business stationery as per standard corporate identity (CI) guidelines. - Provide design support to functions like HR, Training, and Customer Support according to standard CI. - Manage customer visits to the Pune factory to enhance the customer experience. - Procure and distribute promotional articles, monitor spending across zones. - Procure and distribute product literature, ensuring regular updates. - Oversee photo/video shoots, ensuring accurate execution and editing for end-user utilization. - Maintain accurate and relevant data in the company's systems, specifically CoWo. **Qualifications Required:** - Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing or equivalent. - Age: 26 years and above. - Experience: 3+ years. **Skills and Competencies:** - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Customer and market focus. - Team player with creative and innovative thinking. - Stakeholder management. - Detail-oriented with strong articulation skills (written and verbal).
