Marketing & Communications Intern

Love Letter is looking for a creative, proactive Marketing & Communications Intern to support day-to-day marketing activities across social media, content, PR, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, engaging with online communities, and has a keen eye for design and detail. You’ll work closely with the founder/marketing team to help bring our brand voice to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Write engaging copy and schedule posts for Instagram grid.

• Plan and publish monthly posts on LinkedIn aligned with brand goals.

• Create graphics and visuals for posts, stories, campaigns, and other marketing needs.

Community & Engagement

• Respond to customer queries, DMs, and comments on Instagram in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

• Help nurture and grow the brand’s online community.

PR & Marketing Support

• Manage and track PR/press sourcing requests and maintain an updated database.

• Support execution of marketing campaigns, including coordination with vendors or influencers where needed.

• Track and report on social media and marketing performance (reach, engagement).

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Graphic design ability with Canva/Adobe

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry is a plus.
