E-Commerce & Operations Assistant

As an E-commerce & Operations Assistant at Love Letter, your role will involve ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of sales channels including e-commerce, wholesale/consignment partners, and retail events. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day order fulfillment and resolving customer queries promptly and professionally. - Monitoring e-commerce inventory, placing replenishment requests, and coordinating for made-to-order or custom requests. - Keeping Shopify updated with new collections, products, and seasonal launches. - Planning and executing operational aspects of pop-ups, exhibitions, and retail events for smooth on-ground sales. - Servicing store partners by sharing look books and product details each season. - Managing inventory allocations and coordinating with production for timely fulfillment of bulk orders. - Maintaining and updating paperwork and agreements for each retail/wholesale partner. - Tracking an overview of total inventory across e-commerce and store partners. - Consolidating sales reports across all channels and sharing insights with the founder to inform production, buying, and range planning. Qualifications required for this role include: - Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
