Marketing Communications Executive

As a Marketing Executive at reelOn, you will play a crucial role in representing the brand at various professional and public platforms to build partnerships, promote the brand, and source valuable leads. Your responsibilities will include engaging with film institutes, production houses, influencers, and other stakeholders to facilitate talent sourcing and platform growth. You will also collaborate with colleges, ad agencies, and other partners to conduct auditions, workshops, and talent hunts while strengthening reelOn's network in the entertainment industry. Your key responsibilities will involve visiting professional film institutes to promote reelOn, partnering with colleges to organize talent hunts and auditions, identifying and onboarding potential mentors for workshops, collaborating with influencers, attending networking events to gather relevant data, building connections with entertainment professionals to source job opportunities, reaching out to ad agencies and production houses to identify talent requirements, and establishing strategic relationships to increase reelOn's visibility. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, or related fields. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in organizing promotional activities, familiarity with the entertainment industry, and basic knowledge of data management tools and CRM software are essential. Previous experience in business development, field sales, or event management, as well as exposure to the film, media, or entertainment industry, will be advantageous.
